Estate agents - houses sold

is there any way to compare how many houses each estate agent in my area has sold?

an estate agent told me that its on the internet but I can't find anything.

    Go on Rightmove and click the include sold STC box. The will show you recent (non-completed) sales. Or you can get some sort of idea from recently sold properties by postcode or street (using House Price tab, third from left). It goes back longer (poss 7 years), but details tend to me more sparse.

    thanks, but this EA had a list of how many houses each agency had taken on and how many had sold per year, in a chart so you could compare each agency. he said it was available on the net, but didnt tell me where & i didnt get chance to ask.

    It's probably a feature of Rightmove that's only available to EAs who subscribe to Rightmove.

    I recall an EA showing me other examples of reports from Rightmove that were only available to subscribing EAs.

    Just call the EA and ask them.
