Flight Time changes - Neilsoons beach clubs

Been advised by my holiday company (neilsons beach clubs) that flights have changed time. Originally scheduled to arrive in heathrow at 6.20pm but now 10.10pm. Now here's the rub. Last connecting flight out of heathrow to edinburgh is 9.50pm (a good 3.5 hrs after original arrival time). After that its 9 o'clock the next morning! So I've to hang around all night and pay to stay in a hotel. When i approached Neilson's , they simply pointed at their T&Cs and said this allowed them to change flight times as change was not deemed to be significant. So hard luck. Wouldn't offer me any form of goodwill redress. Not even the cost of the night in the hotel.

So what do you reckon, am i being unreasonable to expect Neilson's to look beyond the the fine print here and realise that the change is significant to me and therefore help deal with the inconvenience and extras costs?

Sorry but you stand no chance of them {or any other travel company} helping you out, airlines change flight times even airports after the schedules have first been sorted out and for many reasons.
While it is a problem for you in their eyes the only change they have made to your holiday is to move the flight time for their flight by the 3.5 hours and that is not significant, yes it is a problem for you and will end up costing you more in the end but there is nothing you can do about it :0(

Not unreasonable. But you are being ridiculously optimistic to expect it.
