Gas transferred without my knowledge, please help

Bear with me this is a long one. I have been with SSE for both gas and electricity for several years. I had a debt with the gas so have been paying it off using a card meter. It wont wipe payments made, every supplier uses siemens which records payments from all suppliers, very easy for them to check..

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
