I have always scanned them in and uploaded? The only lender I have ever had to post anything off to is Natwest - for that I just drop it off at my local rbs for internal postI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. That just goes to show there is no consistency as Woolwich still insist on it for us & Nat West don't deal with us unless BTL or Sharec Equity. RBS do though.
Are you DR or AR?0 -

All our documentation was scanned over to them by our mortgage advisor. They replied the following day requesting just one months bank statements.
These have now been sent yesterday but having to wait 3 working days for a reply. Is this a similar experience to you? I'm on tender hooks waiting to hear if we have been accepted or not. (We are first time buyers)
Thanks Jess
Hi Jess, sorry for the slow reply! Busy sorting paperwork all weekend! we are first time buyers too and I hate all this waiting, makes me very anxious!! We had an AIP issued and then submitted the full application, it's at the underwriter stage and had a text this morning to say that they need to arrange the valuation and gave me some log in details so I can track my application at each different stage.. I do hope it all goes okay, we seem to have handed over lots of money already ha ha. They do seem to take a while to do anything so not just you guys! How is it going for you? Heard anything back yet?

We seem to have picked a very helpful solicitor though as we popped in yesterday with the docs that needed certifying, they stamped and signed all 14 sheets and didn't charge a penny. Everyone I have spoken to has been charged a small fee for this or been sent to the Post Office!0
