    i didn't write a letter ... they just decided to move me without being asked.

    in your letter, it is better to list the descriptor/s that you feel apply to your condition.
    IF i had wrritten i would have said.

    with regards to my claim for support group ESA, i feel support group descriptor X applies ( quote the descriptor) and enclose evidence to provide proof of entitlement.

    in my case, it would be descriptor 7.... that deals with communication.

    While you remain in the WRAG the work program provider is legally obliged to make 'reasonable adjustment' for your limitations. Don't let them push you beyond your limits.
