Well the party was a huge success  Ds was very well behaved and played well with the other kids and I finally got to meet and chat to several other parents which was nice as I never normally see them as ds goes to breakfast/after school club.

I have spent £5.40 today as I bought some stuff from tesco express for dinner :o:o Tomorrow I really must do a proper food shop  The weather is supposed to be rubbish again tomorrow so we will probabl stay in most of the day and we might do some baking or something. I desperately need to clean the car out too so weather-permitting that is definatly on the to-do list ;)

Morning all !! I had a lovely early night last night (was in bed before 10 which is very unusual for me) and must have fallen straight to sleep so I actually feel quite awake today :D

    Todays plan includes:
    • food shopping at the farm shop then tescos
    • clean out the car
    • list 4 things on ebay
    • do some cooking
    • plan lunches/dinners for the week
    • have yet another go at getting the bingo sites to work for me (they won't let me register  )
Think thats about it for now but no doubt more will get added as I go. Have a good day everyone !!

  • Hi BB

Have you emailed the bingo sites to ask why you can't register? They don't need to know you are only registering for the free bets.

Good luck I hope you manage to sort it.

KM ... I haven't emailed them bt may do that later as Hypno is making me very jealous with all her winnings ;):p:D

Well, I have tidied the car out, I took all the rubbish out and have got a bag full of stuff in there ready to come up to the flat. I can't hoover it out at home as there is nowhere to plug in but I will try and nip round to my sisters this week and do it there ;)

We have been shopping, we went to the farm shop first and got:
    • broccoli
    • 2 x leeks
    • 12 large eggs
    • 6 potatoes
    • 4 x sauasages
    • lettuce
    • 1/2 cucumber
    • punnet of strawberries
    • 2 cooking apples
    • 3 eating apples
    • 10 carrots
    • 2 bananas
    • an aubergine
    • pack of streaky bacon
altogether it came to £9.91 which seems pretty good ?? :D

Then we went on to Tesco and spent another £35 :o:o The weekly budget is £37.50 so I have gone over, but I did buy several things that I could have waited another week for (eg. 2 x conditioner) so hopefully next weeks won't be as bad. I also bought quite a few bits for home baking, so this afternoon I am going to get started on that ... flapjacks, quiche, apple crumble etc. (not all today but during the week).

I also filled the car up with petrol, so another £25 spent there   but that is budgeted for, so really only £8 over budget and hopefully that can be saved in next wekks money or if I take packed lunches all week then I will have saved £4 there ;)

Quick update .... I seem to be having a pretty productive day so far ...
    • food shopping at the farm shop then tescos DONE
    • clean out the car DONE
    • list 4 things on ebay PHOTOS TAKEN BUT NOT YET LISTED
    • do some cooking MADE FLAPJACKS, JUST ABOUT TO ATTEMPT A QUICHE  :D:D
    • plan lunches/dinners for the week
    • have yet another go at getting the bingo sites to work for me (they won't let me register  ) TRIED BUT NO LUCK, WILL EMAIL THEM LATER
I have also emptied my ironing basket :T :T and emptied my washing basket :A Ds is playing happily with his Lego at the moment so I am going to bung a couple of jacket potatoes in the oven then make a quiche for dinner, and while it is all cooking he can have his bath and hairwash so its not a mad rush tonight. Then all I'll have left to do tonight is getting the stuff on ebay. I have found 5 things so far, 2 x skirts, 2 x pairs of boots and a cardigan ... all are new with tags from Next, some I bought in the January sale some were from the summer sale, but I haven't worn any of them yet and I checked my account online and it has gone up to £180    I did have the final sale item delivered this week (2 x cushions for my bed which were reduced to £3 each from £9 and are brautiful, and a set of seagrass type drawers which are also lovely and were reduced from £50 to £20). Whatever I can make on this stuff (hopefully £50??) will go straight towards the outstanding balance on the account .

Coo! Sounds a productive day! What a shame you can't seem to activate the bingo sites, I wonder what's going on there? I've done a total of six, two of them today, and won a total of £17.99 - useful! - but not in hypno's league. Just off for a walk around the block now to get my circulation pumping.
