    Happy New Year Benben.

Sorry to hear your not feeling so good.
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

I've just remembered to cancel my old mobile, I have to give 30 days notice and then I get my final bill within 14 days of that, so by mid february I will be back to one mobile, saving me about £20 a month, and also soon after that I will be able to apply for the first lot of cashback from my current mobile

I'm feeling a bit better this evening, I've had a bath and some dinner (chicken caeser salad, reduced from sainsburys yesterday ;) ) and now I'm vegging and watching mary poppins :D I am going to get started on EagerLearners clicks once ds is in bed, I think I might take the laptop to bed again and have an early night ;)

Tomorrow I've promised ds a day out, if the weathers good we'll go to a local country park place, if not we'll go to an indoor soft-play place.

Today has been a no-spend day which I'm very pleased with, I have also managed to sort out all the xmas decs and pack up the good ones, bin the junk and make yet another pile for a car boot  :D

Glad your'e feeling a little better.
Have a good day with DS tomorrow. Have you managed to find homes yet for all of his new toys etc? Our house always used to feel too small after xmas:rolleyes: when the kids were little.

Ds bed is extendable and until xmas he had it made up like a toddler bed and I had bought 2 storage crates to go under it. I bought an extra one before xmas and extended his bed a little bit and can now fit the third one under, so lots of the new stuff has gone in there ;)

He had loads of books too this christmas and they all fitted on his bookshelves although they are pretty full up now :D

I am so pleased I got him the set of Thomas books from the Bookpeople, he absolutely loves them and we are slowly working our way through all 50 of them, one a night  I'm sick of really useful engines :rotfl:

You have my sympathy. I hated Thomas with a passion when DS was small. Do you think there's any chance I can avoid the new baby coming into any contact with Thomas the Tank engine at all??
