I've just remembered to cancel my old mobile, I have to give 30 days notice and then I get my final bill within 14 days of that, so by mid february I will be back to one mobile, saving me about £20 a month, and also soon after that I will be able to apply for the first lot of cashback from my current mobile :beer:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I'm feeling a bit better this evening, I've had a bath and some dinner (chicken caeser salad, reduced from sainsburys yesterday
) and now I'm vegging and watching mary poppins
I am going to get started on EagerLearners clicks once ds is in bed, I think I might take the laptop to bed again and have an early night
Tomorrow I've promised ds a day out, if the weathers good we'll go to a local country park place, if not we'll go to an indoor soft-play place.
Today has been a no-spend day which I'm very pleased with, I have also managed to sort out all the xmas decs and pack up the good ones, bin the junk and make yet another pile for a car boot :rolleyes:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Have you managed to find homes yet for all of his new toys etc?
Ds bed is extendable and until xmas he had it made up like a toddler bed and I had bought 2 storage crates to go under it. I bought an extra one before xmas and extended his bed a little bit and can now fit the third one under, so lots of the new stuff has gone in there
He had loads of books too this christmas and they all fitted on his bookshelves although they are pretty full up now
I am so pleased I got him the set of Thomas books from the Bookpeople, he absolutely loves them and we are slowly working our way through all 50 of them, one a night  I'm sick of really useful engines :rotfl:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

You have my sympathy. I hated Thomas with a passion when DS was small. Do you think there's any chance I can avoid the new baby coming into any contact with Thomas the Tank engine at all??0
