Recycled or virgin uPVC for window frames

I've heard that it's better to have double glazing frames constructed from virgin uPVC rather than recycled.
How would a recycled uPVC frame with a virgin uPVC outer skin compare? Is this still not as good as 'solid' virgin uPVC ?
