5% VAT on (energy saving) composite doors?

As part of the green deal home improvement fund i am installing 2 energy-efficient composite doors.
Some installers have quoted me 5% VAT as it is an energy saving product whereas some have charged at 20% VAT, sure enough the one that charges 20% has the design and model door that i want.
does anybody know if it should be 5% VAT on energy efficient doors because then i can tell them that it is definitely and get the door that i want.
other things such as insulation, boilers, heat recovery devices all get the 5% VAT rate so i assumed would be the same? Thanks
