Hi everyone
I'm new to the site and the forums.
After that piece of pointless information , here's my problem. I bought my son a PS Vita for Christmas. I cant get beyond step 5 in the set-up process and each time I try again it's telling me the email address is already in use ( yes by me lol) so I now have more email addresses than the proverbial. I need a complete reset to factory settings so he can use it. Tried phoning the "helpdesk" which has waiting times ( they are kind enough to tell you) of 30-45 minutes , so after various failed attempts to get through I wondered if any of you good people could help me. Many thanks in advance.

My wee boy is downloading the games we got with it as I type. Thank you so much ! I did try everything including following YouTube videos. Obviously just not asking the right people !
