PAINT PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Code a company registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 21 Back Turner Street, Manchester M4 1FR is responsible for the organisation of the prize draw as an agent, for and on behalf of the promoter of this prize draw, Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with registered office at Crown House, Hollins Road, Darwen, Lancashire BB3 0BG (the Promoter).
2. The Promoter is running a paint prize draw which will be drawn once a month on the last Friday of each month (Monthly Prize Draws). The starting date for entries into the Monthly Prize Draw is the first date of each month (commencing on 1st October 2006) and the closing date for entries into a Monthly Prize Draw is 12.00 hours on the last Friday of that same month. The final Monthly Prize Draw shall take place on the last Friday of each month.
3. The winning entrant of each Monthly Prize Draw (Winner) will be awarded 5 litres of paint from the Promoter's "Fashion for Walls" range in a colour of their choice as displayed on the website www.fashionforwalls.co.uk and/or on the "Fashion for Walls" colour cards, (subject always to availability of any such colour) (Prize).
4. To enter the Monthly Prize Draw you must follow the instructions and enter your details as specified on the page of this website which is dedicated to the Monthly Prize Draw. You will be entered into Monthly Prize Draw only for the month in which you entered your details, for example, if you entered your details in July prior to midday on the last Friday of July, you will be entered into July's Monthly Prize Draw. You are free to register your details and enter the Monthly Prize Draw as many times as you wish for example, if you enter July's draw, you are also free to enter September's draw, however you will be required to re-register your details in September.
5. Entry into the Monthly Prize Draw is not dependant upon you giving your consent to receive further marketing information from the Promoter. No purchase is necessary for entry into the Monthly Prize Draw. Entry only via the web site. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries lost, delayed, damaged, not received or incompletely received by email or via this website for whatever reason.
6. The Winner each month will be the entrant who is selected when the Monthly Prize Draw is made in that same month. The Prize Draw will be made in accordance with the laws of chance and under the supervision of an independent observer.
7. The Winner of a monthly draw will notified within 28 days of the last Friday of the month in which a Monthly Prize Draw is carried out. Details of the Winner each month may be posted on the Monthly Prize Draw section of this website. Every Winner will be contacted by email notifying them that they have won the prize draw and each Winner must claim their prize within 90 days of receipt of the notification email.
8. Only one entry per Monthly Prize Draw may be made per person. In addition, the following are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw: persons whose main place of residence is outside the United Kingdom; persons under the age of 18 years at the date of entry; employees and officers of the Promoter and Code and their spouses; anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw including (but not limited to) employees of the marketing agencies used by the Promoter.
9. The Prize is awarded subject to availability. If due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter the Prize has to be changed at any time, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize similar in quality and value. No cash alternatives will be provided. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the Prize Draw or the Prize for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control.
10. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
11. The Prize Draw is governed by the law of England and Wales.
