My son went from the attic to the bedroom the easy way. My housing association landlord said I had to pay for it. We asked their joiner and they said £180 We called a lot of joiners for a quote. William was the only one who called back. He came within 2 days. He quoted me £30 for the same repair :j :T
Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time
