Claim Against Travel Company

Hi There

Heres My Story

We (me , My Girlfriend And My 6mth Old Son) Went To Gran Can On Holiday. When We Got To The Airport For The Retuen Flight We Were Informed By First Choice Rep That There Will Be A 7.5 Hrs Delay We Were Given 12 Euros For Food And Told To Write A Letter To F.c Asking For Compo.

I'm Not Gonna Harp On About The Wait We Had But I'm Sure U Can Imagine.

I Wrote To F.c And They Sent I Letter Saying They Would Be Looking Into It. 28 Days Later (today) I Spoke To Them On The Phone And I Was Informed Would Be Getting No Compo , Nothing And I Letter Confirming This Would Be Posted To Me.

As Far As I Know There Is A Law That States If The Delay Is Over 5 Hours I Can Get My Money!

Can Anyone Give Me Some Advice On This Matter And What To Do Next
