Benefits of Repaying Quicker

Hi,
My credit file doesn't look healthy at all due to missed payments and defaults but the last year I have been tackling these and have repayment plans set up for everyone.
My question is that I agreed these arrangements based on snowballing the repayments, but a couple are now at fairly low balances (£100 or so).
Would I be better still paying my arrangements on these or if I can afford to ( which I think I can) pay these couple of smaller balances off in the next couple of months? Would that look better on my credit file?
