Hi!
I had two quotes for floor sanding - 3 rooms and corridor, total around 65 square meters. One was for £1800 and the other for £600! Both for sanding and varnishing (no brainer here!)
How much have others paid for a similar job? I live in the north.

I'm in York and just trying to get quotes, happy to share when I have them if you're till asking? Whereabouts are you? Just curious as I could do with getting in touch with some more companies.0

We were in York and had ours done 2 years ago. We had a single 4m * 5m room done was around £300 all in (labour, varnish and hire of sander) and took just over a day.
The £600 seems quite cheap.
It is incredibly messy business!Thinking critically since 1996....0
