Dont know if this is the right place to post this
My daughter bought a new build about a year ago, the house is subject to a yearly charge to maintain the communal gardens etc, she has no problem with this as this was all explained to her when she signed and completed on the house.
The estate will take a few years to complete as there are a few phases to be completed.
Now someone has told her untill the estate is completed she is not liable for any charges, is this true please, some people on the eastate get a bill every year, some have had one and some non

strange we paid the first year, our site is nearly done and no bill for thi year as yetDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

it is they paid the first part year when they completed but havent had another bill, some have and paid and one even got a letter to say they had paid and they hadnt, confusing, hopefully somebody will be able to shed some light on it0

She should be getting paperwork that makes everything clear. Charges must be notified in advance, perhaps via estimates. I would set aside the money just in case.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?
