Ordered a Skylanders set for my Son at the end of November.
Noticed a few days before Christmas it was for the wrong platform :eek:
I was well out of Base.com returns period. Dropped them an email and they said they would take it back for a refund.
Due to work, I never got it returned until 13.1.15
Arrived 14.1.15. Got an email the same day from Base to say it had arrivbed and a refund would hit my card in 72 hours. Which it did
