How so? Has this not allowed me to consider my position in a rational way?
I dont think i was asking for pure legal advice. That is why i have a solicitor surely?
If I recall, my question was “Has anyone considered or even implemented a forfeit charge?” maybe I should have included the caveat saying “Based on the vendors not keeping to the agreed time frame accepted”.0 -

OK, now you've told us you're in Scotland we can start to ask questions that are actually relevant to your situation.
So, the first one is, have Missives been signed? If not then you're in the position that the pre-exchange posts explained when we thought you were in England and the answer to your initial question is No.0 -
Thank you agrinnall, but i think i have in all honesty got enough from the response so far. I have already said that its likely that we will pull out if they 4th person does not sign before the end of next week. Please dont think i am being rude, because i am not.
The missives have been signed by 3 out of the 4. We are in the position where we have everything to win and loose all at the same time. Wow, what a position!!0
