in Techie Stuff
have been trying to log in and all i get is tried to many times try again in 15 mins -- anyone else had problems -- other e.mail address at gmail logging in no problems

Yes, but double hit on Try Again works for me.
I've never seen that msg about 'unsuitable handshake' before.
