I have just gone to log onto my account and for some reason i am getting a message asking me to email them with Ref ONEPOLLB.
Has anyone esle got a message when trying to log in?
It wont even let me log in so will have to email them to see whats going on.0 -
rich_shot2003 I just logged in successfully and have no such message. I wonder what that's about? I would give them a quick email and ask.
RE: not getting many surveys, I second Catriona's suggestion of refreshing often, and checking in the night if you're still up. I've read before about people seeming to get none when they need to cash out, but the most I've waited is a few days (must've been lucky!):female:Boosting my income each month from surveys, focus groups & cashback:
2016: Jan £32 // Feb £19 // Mar £188
2015: Dec £1060 -
I got stuck on £39.95 last time so I e.mailed them and asked them why it is always the case that when you get close to cashout the available surveys vanish or the surveys dry up completely.
They got back to me and said the reason this happens is because they need to check I am not a machine, (exactly how they do that by not sending surveys is questionable), but as a goodwill offer they would give me the 5p to enable me to cash out.
So if you're totally stuck just drop them a line and suggest that this is not entirely fair and they may well cough up your extra 10p.0
