Are any One Poll users finding that there haven't been any surveys for the past week, or is it just me? Could the lack of surveys be related to the fact that I'm at £39.90?

There are a number of threads over the years on OnePoll about the same thing, they'll come back in a day or two usually. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I've not had many lately and I'm only on £24. The ones that are there, they screen me out of!This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I used to find this a lot with OnePoll and sometimes I still get a bunch that screen me out right away, but much less than I used to. I found that there was a tip that was useful in one of their newsletters:
Refresh the site frequently over the day if you can.
If you can do this then often more surveys pop up. My theory is that the surveys need only a small number of respondents, which is why if you find a lump of 'em so many screen out - they're full. I'd guess they allocate a survey to a bunch of accounts and once the quota is filled, the rest all screen out.
Just my theory, but I have seen more surveys and been able to fill in more with the refeshing trick. I can only do this at home, mind you.0 -
Another hint - try accessing in middle of night! I've hit the £40 payout several times at 3 or 4am despite having no surveys for days during 'normal' hours. My theory is that if you complain you haven't had surveys they can (rightly) say you have! Not saying it's deliberate but......“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0

Sometimes surveys do appear dead on midnight0

Does anyone know how to contact them? They sent me the survey invite but it does not let me to access it. I requested password reminder but it says my email is not valid...0
