credit card fees reclaimed?? what can i do??

thanks for the info for the reclaimed bank charges. however how do i go about reclaiming the unfair fees from my credit card? is there a way? is it the same as the bank charges reclaim. my card is with capital one. thanks for any advice, they owe me a good few hundred quid. Spencer

you send them a request along with
£10 for the last 6 years statements then you send them a preliminory request for your money back then after 14 day you send a letter before action then you take them to court then they pay you all thier charges. Takes about 4 months in all if you stick to your time scales. you need to read the consumer action group forums for cap one and off you go there are letter templates and eveything on there good luck you will win

I've used the standard templates from the MSE claiming bank charges back section.

Sent my letter to Barclaycard last Monday, and received an offer at 1st time of asking today! Negotiating for more though
