DRO and bonus at work

Hello.
I am thinking of applying for a DRO once I get my amended tax credit award.
My boss has said we will get a bonus dependant on sales at work, twice a year but I won't know what it is until about 2 weeks before we get it. How does this affect the DRO, do they check your income after the 12 months is up?
