Anywhere to go where an advisor can view ALL My debts and help help me sort them???

Options
I have been struggling with debt for 11yrs now. Ive tried CAB and national debt helpline. They were great help but just seem to give information and leave me to it, I am not the cleverest person and suffer with dyslexia. I wonder is there any where i can go and meet an advisor IN-PERSON & they have the resources to find all debt i owe and help me put thing in place so i can get out of debt??
