I have to praise the customer service at SVP, my parcel containing printer cartridges and DVDs came the other day (on time and very cheap for branded goods) and I had a query regarding the compatibility of the cartridges as the packaging on the cartridge didnt quite match my machine. So I thought I would email them, this was at 10pm on that night. An hour later I got a personal reply back, sorting my problem out for me with no gobbledegook! A big thank you to Ed at SVP

I sent them an email well after 11 pm and got a personal reply just after midnight. They are absolutely superb. :T

Have to agree - SVP customer service is second to none.

Ages ago, I bought a Pioneer 105 DVD writer from them. About a week later they had dropped their price for this item by £20. I emailed them (on a Sunday) mentioning this and I got an email back at 8pm that night saying my Credit Card had been refunded with £20!

Fantastic company - obviously run by some very switched on people.

I've had great customer service from them too. I ordered some blank cd's and a 200 cd wallet amongst other things, but they didnt send the blank cd's, just 2 x 200cd wallets instead, by mistake. I emailed them at about 8pm, and got a response within the hour, asking for the name on the picking sheet and the order number, and a few minutes after replying I got an email saying the cd's would be in the post the next day, and that I could keep the cd wallet free of charge for my inconvenience! Shame I haven't needed any more CDs or DVDs since, but as soon as I do, they'll DEFINITELY get my business again.

Have to add their weekend 99p shipping always is something i look forward to i remember a time when ebuyer did free weekend shipping but they seemed to have abandoned it shame i'll just order from SVP

yes thats why I like to tell people how good they are, if they make a mistake or prices drop within 7days of purchasing they refund money often reply late or early in the morning and straight away a refund. I never had one single problem with svp in 6-7 years I have been a customer.

I have never had any outstanding service from SVP!

Place an order, the goods arrive, just the way I like it.

But I will never look anywhere else for blanks as I know that if I ever need outstanding service, I am guaranteed to get it from SVP

Please screw up my next order as I feel all left out
