Sorry if this has been asked before, but can anyone tell me if they have used Groupon to book excursions on while on holiday.
My concern is that i prebook a couple and then due weather they are postponed, but without enough time left on my holiday to take them.
Am i able to get a refund under these circumstances?
I have tried groupon Customer Services about 4 times now and it is like banging my head against a brick wall.

Personally I would pre-arrange with supplier directly or wait until I got to destination and book with supplier directly.
I've lost all faith in Groupon and their "services". If it goes wrong there's just too much drama to get through. If Refund info is all you are trying to find out from Group CS directly and are still struggling after FOUR attempts, imagine what it will be like once you've given them your money:eek:0 -
