Npower!
Help! I moved to Npower in October 2013 and paid my bills by direct debit monthly. These payments were set by Npower and I have never missed a payment. I have just been told by them that they have never actually charged me for gas. The little that was left over each month from the electricity has gone towards the gas but basically I now owe them over £700. Any advice would be gratefull received. Thanks

Hi Nicky151
Thanks for your post.
I'm sad to hear that your Direct Debit payments haven't been set at a suitable level to cover your usage following issues with your gas account. We'd always recommend customers contact us regularly with up to date meter readings and check to ensure the Direct Debit goes out correctly.
If you can send me an email using the details on our profile page, including your account details, I'm happy to investigate this further for you. If you include MSE in the subject header so I can ensure this is picked up correctly.
Kind regards
Jess“Official Company Representative"

Where does the complainant say the levels were incorrect? That's not the question.0
