Does mortgage have a PPI fee ?

I applica for an interest only mortgage back in 2004 and four years later i realised i was paying a Monthly figure of 65 pounds or so that according to mortgage seller ( i had to have to protect my mortgage ) but when i checked papers it said on it ...( life insurance ) which i never was informed of that Being sold to me under that ( namely life insurance ) .I genuinely Thought that i was paying for a mortgage protection plan as the Rep verbally convinced me that it was the right thing to do and buy.So What do you think ,have i got a claim ?

Life assurance needs doctors details and a medical information disclosure. It cannot be set up without you knowing.

Life assurance is not PPI. Most people have life assurance on their mortgage. You seem to want PPI rather than life assurance. An unusual request.
