Odd size internal door solutions

Hi, I have an internal door which is basically an understairs cupboard. The size of the door is 760 wide by 1610 tall.
The various options seem to be trimming down a normal size door to fit- possibly not ideal. The other option seems to be a website that does made to measure mdf doors. This was my preferred option but then this leads to the issue of how to properly fit butt hinges to them as I'm guessing mdf doesn't chisel that well...
I was just wondering whether there were any other options, or other suppliers who make made to measure doors that would be more suitable?

if you just want a plain door then I'd get a flush internal door and cut to size and rebatten the bottom .
is the door on there currently a standard 35mm door or thinner?
if you go for a mdf or ply door 18mm thick then I'd use cabinet hinges on it rather than butt hinges.
other options depend on whether you are looking for a plain door or more detailed as to where to look.0 -
We had this problem when changing our internal doors to white ones. We ended up painting the stair cupboard door white and it's fine0

If your doors have detail, buy a flush door as recommended above, but get your carpenter to add beading to make it reflect the design and shape of your other doors.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Difficult to answer with so little information...
If the other doors are 6 panelled hollow core doors then measure the height from the bottom of the door to the top of the "Freeze" rail (highest horizontal rail down from the top rail on the door) below the top 2 panels. If its close to the size you want you can cut a standard height door down. Even if it means taking 25mm or so off the bottom rail. This will make it a 4 panelled door but at least it will look in keeping with the others.0 -
Sorry, bit more info.
I've installed these doors:

As you can see the pattern doesn't really lend itself to trimming as much as I'd need to. Currently the old door is a six panel cut down to four.
The door is standard 35mm width, so as said perhaps the best option for me is to go for something like this and then just trim it down?

It would be nice to somehow match it with the existing pattern but I've had a look and can't find anything suitable. The only thing with the made to measure mdf door would be that they do quite a similar pattern on their website.0 -
I've seen signs up in the likes of Wickes and B&Q that they will make odd-size doors to order.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
