Trying to do a soft search on the site for a credit card on 0 percent but my address is not recodnised,i have a credit card and bank acc at this add can anyone help

is it a new build? as that can cause issues. Otherwise check your postcode is correct..Perhaps try a different comparison site? I suspect this is the address not being recognised by whatever software the comparison company uses rather than an issue with the actual credit file. Some sites will let you manually enter if the software does not recognise you0

I've also had trouble when trying to use the eligibility calc to check which credit cards I'd might be accepted for as it doesn't recognise my details although I've been at the same address for over 20yrs & as it's a flat I've tried the different ways the flat may be listed as. I'd be grateful for any help as using the link from MoneysavingExpert so that it wouldn't show up as have had trouble with that in the past but getting no joy.0
