Help regarding POPLA appeal against P4Parking

Hi, I received a private parking ticket from P4Parking in Sept on a private road, whilst I was loading my car up for moving out of the property.
I left it for a while in which I received numerous letters regarding payment, during this time I lost the parking ticket and I am unable to find it. I then sent a appeal letter at the end of December in which I have received an email back with a POPLA code.
I have some details but do not want to post here right away. I am just looking for some help in how I go about writing to POPLA.
