Lost Parking Ticket Smart Parking

Hi Guys,
Not sure what to do I have lost my parking ticket I received on Friday 23/01/15. I have phoned Smart Parking on 26/01/15 and 28/01/15 and I can not get through to anyone. I have also emailed them and still not received anything. I want to appeal the ticket but I need the PCN number before I can do anything.
What are my options.
Many thanks in advance

You've lost the windscreen PCN? If so we don't advise you appeal at that stage anyway (read the sticky thread 'NEWBIES please read these FAQS first!)'.
If you've lost a postal PCN then just write a letter of appeal (SNAIL MAIL) with the location and car registration and date of PCN at the top, using the template first appeal that's in the NEWBIES thread of course (not your own appeal about 'what happened'!).
Smart will cancel. Stop ringing them!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
And get a free certificate of posting from the PO when you send that letter, and keep that together with a printed copy of the letter.0

Hi
Thank you both for the replies. I lost my parking ticket which they stuck on my car but they have now replied to the email that I asked them before I posted. I will look at the newbies post again thanks guy I've been really worried.0 -
No need to worry about Smart Parking; easily seen off with the NEWBIES thread appeal. Don't go and say who was driving though.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've been reading the posts but it doesnt suit my situation. I parked in Matalan but did not enter the store and went straight to the town centre so do i still have a leg to stand on. Also the ticket was given 20 mins after I parked if that help?0

Btw im still going to appeal on the ground that I think the charge is too much and they did not lose any business as the car park was empty when i parked.0

Hi, I've also lost my smart parking ticket. Can you tell me what email address you used to contact smart parking please? Also, as a newbie can someone please tell me where 'forum jump' is? Thanks0

The general advice for windscreen tickets is to wait for the notice to keeper then appeal as the keeper (not the driver).
Do not contact PPC's apart from the RK appeal.
Never say who was driving.0
