Accident at work. Do i need to tell my insurance company?

I was recently involved in a collision whist driving a company fleet vehicle. I lost control in snow and ice at fairly low speed and hit an oncoming vehicle. No admission of liability was made due to company policy. There was damage to both vehicles but the police were not involved. Do I need to notify the insurance…
