Sofabed spares wanted

I have a sofabed thats in very good condition apart from the base of the bed mechanism needing repair. The mechanism is a som'toile and it has a plastic woven mat type of base. It has metal rods sewn into the edges and springs hook through these and and the bars of the mechanism so you kind of end up with a trampoline type base. The problem is the material along the one edge has split and is possible repairable but won't last long as it has frayed quite badly. I was hoping to be able to buy just the reinforced mat and swap it out. Does anyone know a place that sells spares for these?
The sofa was originally from Oakridge Direct i believe but they are closed for their summer holidays now so not much help there.

I have the same problem with the matting base of a Som'Toile sofabed. I purchased mine from Sofa Workshop and they don't supply spares. Did you manage to find anyone who can supply spares? Many thanks....P

I also have a sofa bed with a Som'Toile mechanism purchased from Odeon Furnishing Company, with the same problem. They have informed me that no spares are available and I am the first person to report this problem!!! This is obviously a design weakness.

If anyone knows if it is possible to obtain this part I would appreciate hearing from you.

Did anyone manage to locate a som'toile spares supplier?
We have the same problem with our mat and do not wish to spend out on a whole new mechanism!
