Worth calling up the Credit card companies and ask if they can reduce your APR. I called up Barclaycard recently and they reduced my apr from 21.9% to 9.9%, you don't know till you ask, and even if they only knock a small percentage off it's better than nothing.

Also like you I resent paying for Sky but I also love the convenience of it all and I'm unwilling to ge rid of it, it's the one luxury I don't want to give up. Instead call them up and tell them it is too expensive and you are considering cancelling or going to another company etc... be firm, really firm and you will get some sort of a discount.

Have you considered selling your car for something cheaper but equally as reliable. Like everyone else has mentioned there is plenty of scope there for you to reduce your outgoings and reduce debt. Best of luck. :T

Oh... one final thing, please say you have stopped using your credit cards?

Have you put the secured debt in twice or do you have two, both with repayments of £370pcm?
