Oh that looks good. I would apologise for sounding cheap, but I don't think I need to on this website; are they reusable do you think? I'm imagining if they can be frozen and microwaved I can stand them upside down in the dishwasher...

    Thank you

Because I make soup for the week on Sunday, I freeze one portion in the soup mug, and 4 in plastic pint glasses and have to let it defrost and tip into the mug for the rest of the week, unfortunately.

I did wonder if the freezing of the deal caused the leakage, but my replacement mug leaked before it had been in the freezer...

Have you tried these? I know they have been taken on 30 mile hikes on the moor without leaking. You would need to decant into a mug to drink though.

Sainsbury's also do their own version at £1.00 for a pack of 6 1lt bags. (Lakeland's come in packs of 20).http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/groceries/sainsburys-pour---store-bags-x6
I can't comment on the '30 mile hike test' but both brands cope with being frozen, defrosted, washed (by hand, I don't have a dishwasher) and reused. Sometimes a tomato based soup will leave the bag with an orange tint, but unless the next soup into the bag falls into the category of 'posh, white and reserved for dinner parties' I don't think it will be a problem. And yes, I realise I have just made a bowl of soup sound like David Cameron. :rotfl:
