Outlet Mall shopping, most people head across the border.
May is usually gwp time for several cosmetic companies, so check out the Bay and Holts. Sephora has a great selection but doesn't do the gwp promotions.
Makeup is cheaper than Europe (well, the big brand North American brands). Clothing? Depends on the brands that you are interested in.0
