Different accounts in mail client

Ive just got Vista Mail which seems like Outlook Express. I was using a different Email client on my old PC (Pocomail). The beauty of that is that I could download different accounts into ready made mail boxes on the front page, ie see instantly if new mail had come for certain accounts.
I realise i can manually file different accounts into different folders on vista Mail, but does anyone know if there anyway they can be automatically sorted as they are downloaded?
