hello all, i bought a all bells and whistles vas yesterday, but the thing has got such a suction, i got to find out how to turn that suction down. i looked at the uder guide, and the video online,.. i notice also they have a helpline, but thought i would pick the knowledge of fellow money savers. anyone have one of these models????
Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!

Just start using it, after a while the suction will drop. We have basically the same vac and find that the filter above the cyclone cylinders get covered in dust/hair/dirt. The suction then drops off a lot until cleaned.0

Brought one of the variants for my elderly mother as it was the lightest real vacuum cleaner available.
Unfortunately the suction is almost too strong for her to push...."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....
