Is there a Card Studio type app?

We're looking to replace my 88 year old mother's laptop. She's very comfortable with my iPad, and only uses the (rapidly-dying, incredibly slow, bug-ridden) laptop for a little light grocery shopping, household accounts, email and writing letters, but the one thing she likes to do on her laptop that we can't seem to find a replacement app for is to create & print out greetings cards, for which she uses Hallmark's Card Studio.
I've been hunting for some time; the only thing I've found is Martha Stewart's Craft Studio, which we've had some fun with this afternoon. But it only prints out a single-fold A5 card; she likes to do double-fold to A6. There don't seem to be any options for an in-app purchase of other folding options.
There are loads of card making apps out there, but they all seem to be for email/FB/Instagram cards, or print-out-&-send-for-you things, not print your own. This is for someone who finds the price of a 2nd-class stamp horrifying; she's not going to cough up £2-odd for someone else to do that bit for her! And I doubt she'd be able to hack rotating things to print out & fold properly in Pages. So please does anyone have any clues if there's anything out there that can turn out a decent card (i.e. not childish)for home printing and has some options for paper size/folding/printing?

I tried to download this free software to my I pad but it failed due to needing windows and not safari? Any suggestions as to how I can access this on an I pad.
