If you are at the LBCC/court stage, then you will be better considering other info in here much of it also from Coupon Mad.
You should start by outlining where in the process you are, what communication you have had already - removing personal details of course.0 -

sorry for being vague ,i got a ticket last june in newquay apparently and did not hear anything from PE until just before xmas when i got a lbcc i defended it saying i had not had any other correspondance from pe i presume my mail has been going to a vacant house with the same number and near identical address about 30yds away, but anyway they rejected this and have pressed on with court proceedings and it seems the court agrees as the case has been accepted for a small claims track and yesterday i got my n180 form from court ,which i have filled in explaining again why i feel court is not the right track as i have had no chance of appeal ,i was wondering if it was worth sending pe the draughted letter coupon-madhas posted and offer pe a drop hands offer as a gpeol to avoid court,or do i just go to court and fight it out which i would rather not do ,but the car park in question does have questionable signage any help please0
