Hi all, seeking a little help with daughters laptop. It was purchased new just after xmas and its a toshiba. This afternoon she put it on and within a few minutes the little cursor arrow began moving very slowly and then stopped altogether.
She turned it off and restarted it and again the same thing happened. On the fourth time of restarting it the cursor seems to have vanished altogether and cannot be found at all(not hiding to left right or up,down).
Can anyone offer some clues as to what has happened and perhaps a method of fixing it before bringing it back to shop.any help as always appreciated.
