G24 Maybird Stratford upon Avon Parking Fine

Hi

I'm new to this so please bear with. I used a template letter to appeal my notice to keeper. This has been rejected with a very long wordy letter that i'm not really sure alot of it means. I wanted to appeal this via POPLA but they are asking for a Verification number. The parking notice number i've received is too long for the POPLA sight. On the G24 appeal rejection it only states to appeal via IAS. Advice would be gratefully received!

firstly, its not a fine, its an invoice

secondly, G24 are now part of the IPC with the IAS , so not part of the BPA and so no popla appeal will be considered and no popla code will ever materialise either

in other words , there are 2 trade bodies, G24 jumped ship last year, so no idea why you think popla is feasible ?

as for the IAS, its a kangaroo court with little chance of success, so you may have to go into ignore mode for 6 years

anyway, get your head around it and decide what to do

G24 will have allowed you 21 days to appeal to the IAS, using your pcn number on the IAS website

also, you have not yet mentioned contacting the landowner and getting it cancelled , why not ?

I thought POPLA was feasible from reading other threads.
I'm happy to go into ignore mode if IAS is kangaroo court. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything
As for the landowner, i haven't considered contacting them. I'm not sure it will do any good as he has several sights in SOA and is being investigated over "secret" meetings with the council over property development, so don't think he's perhaps the straightest bloke

perhaps you read older threads ?

ie:- when G24 was part of the BPA and losing every appeal at popla ?

guess why they left the BPA and POPLA and went to the IPC and the IAS ?

    yep, you guessed it
