Cheapest way to load euros on card and spend in pounds

Hi, my boyfriend is visiting UK quite often and we're wondering is there any pre paid card where he can load euros and spend them here in pounds without paying interests or with low interest?
Ive been using Fair FX before but that's only for pounds into euro and I couldn't find approximate euro into pounds card.

Any idea?

Thanks

What interest? Do you mean fees?
I don't see how your friend can physically load a card with € cash in UK.
Do they not have prepaid cards in their country?

To save on currency exchange fees your friend can transfer € to you and you can get a prepaid card for him or give him your debit/credit card.
    See fxcompared.com and mycurrencytransfer.com.
Possibly he will be able to make the transfer directly to the prepaid card.
  • Thanks, I'll check those links.

If he lives in Spain there are some banks where he can get debit cards with no fees in the UK. (EVO for example)
