The only way that they can apply for a CCJ is to win their claim in a SCC and you do not pay.

As Mr B says, complain to the SRA about unsolicitory behaviour..
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Hey guys, in a similar position to the OP, having just received my second letter from them, with mounting fees.

    Do I, also, ignore?

If so, why are we told, 'Don't ignore!' in so many of your email signatures?

    Thanks!

Please read the Newbies Sticky - Post four explains the debt collector stage pretty clearly. Then if you need start your own thread with a little more info - hijacking someone else's thread is not going to get you the best help or advice. :)

Because people who ignore and don't appeal the initial PCN end up getting the drivel you are getting and some are sued...read the Newbies thread. You are not at appeal stage so not the first post, the one about 'ignore the debt collectors' stage.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-mad. I did have a read before of that thread before posting but to be completely honest it was a lot to take in and personally a lot went over my head so thought i should just come out and ask.

As i only saw this letter from the debt collection company and had to rely on what my brother has said was on the original ticket and following letters i was just unsure as to what might happen despite seeing a lot of info about this ZZPS being toothless.

i do have a couple of other questions if you (or someone else would be so kind..

    1) should i (at this point in time) contact anyone like ZZPS or VInci etc etc, to help my case or carry on ignoring everything?

    2) what is the absolute worse case scenario for my particular case, going off the facts ive provided above?

    Many thanks in advance

Hi I have also received a letter from ZZPS . I appealed originally to the parking company with photographs regarding the fact we had been charged for parking outside of the marked bays. It was waste land and no marked bays. They refused our appeal and we have now got a letter for £160 what do we do?
