parking ticket appeals not trading anymore

I was using parking ticket appeals against a PCN which I received last year. I have just received my first notice to keeper/invoice from ANPR asking for £100 to be paid.
As parking ticket appeals is no longer I am not sure how to proceed. The invoice does not include a POPLA reference and has arrived after 55 days.
Should I ask the company for a POPLA reference or should I send an appeals letter as included in the forum?

Thanks

Just read the NEWBIES thread - PTAS were only doing what you can do yourself.

There are also other similar companies.

also read the other threads on what to do about PTA and claiming back under paypal

as above, send the template letter and do it yourself or use the latest alternative with a similar name (check pranksters or cowboys)
  • I have read the newbies posts but as I was dealing with parking appeals and they have already sent an appeal letter I was unsure whether to send another appeal letter or wait for the POPLA code.

send it anyway, wont do any harm , twice is better than not at all, dont assume PTA have done it , dont assume the PPC accepted it either

so keep control of it by doing it yourself

You won't get a POPLA code out of the blue unless you ask/insist on it by appealing again - if they've ignored your appeal then send the one from the NEWBIES Thread in the keeper's name instead, now.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
