Windows Live Mail Query

I have 2 computers running windows live mail.
One is getting old & slow so I want to move/copy all the windows live emails/contacts etc from one computer to the other.
Can anybody tell me how to (simply !! ) do this ??

Click the blue down arrow at top left, choose 'export email' then choose email or accounts. You might want both but they have to be done seperately.
Put the emails on a usb stick/external hdd etc,then select import on the 'new' computer0
