How do you know if you have won

hiya,


im new to this and I have emails in my spam folder and they are brought up by Gmail as dangerous ...there from (diamond deals) ... I haven't opened any of them as I do thing these are hoax but how can you tell which emails are genuine?????? do they all go into your spam or will they come through your normal inbox

Can go into your spam or your inbox.
You need to just go through them and eventually you'll learn to filter out the junk from the potential (although Im sure all of us get this wrong occasionally and miss a win or two).

You can't get a virus from reading an email, only if you open or run any attachments. So you can go ahead and open the emails and take a look, but be wary if any of them say "See attatched" ro require you to open an "attachment".

Be especially wary of anything from Fed-Ex or UPS which says they have a delivery for you, there seems to be a lot of these going about just now and those emails do contain viruses (if you download and open the attatched file)

Sometimes they will say winner or congratulations in the title.. and often they don't.
Another clue is if they are from "a person" rather than just a company.
Some will possibly say Re: competition entry. or You entered a competition.

Totally agree with sleepyjones, don't click or open attachments or links.
You can always check with the lovely compers on here if in doubt.
