    in that case your wife should send NGP a letter with the drivers name (and ideally a different address that you can use and collect mail from) - so name and address of the driver - with a free certificate of posting at the PO

    this absolves your wife under POFA 2012

    then NGP should send YOU a new pcn in your own name, one you can defend at popla

    You will then get the PCN in your name and with the help of this site you will knock it into a cocked hat.

    +3 ... but do not use the term "reset the clock" in your wife's letter to NGP. (It's a forum-only term to describe the process).
