Hi all, just wondered if anyone had ever booked a flight or holiday through this, just booked flights to oz and now I'm worrying its a bugus company, they have a travel trust assurance number, the company display an abta logo but no record of them on there, the company has a London mailing address, sounds like their call centres are in india, but their IP address has them in Nottingham, very strange.the company has been trading for over 5 years but doesn't seem to have any reviews good or bad anywhere. Thanks x

Hopefully someone with a more positive experience will share. GOOD LUCK0 -
Have you been issued with an airline reservation or eticket number? If so, go to the airline's website and try and get your booking up to see if all details are correct. If your booking shows on the airline site then all should be fine.
I can't see an ABTA logo on their site. But they do show an ATOL logo and there's no trace of them on the ATOL site. They don't quote an ATOL number either. Their TTA membership checks out.
The IP address doesn't really matter it could be where their ISP or hosting is.0 -
how did you pay for the flights? have you spoken to the airline to check your booking?
The address in London that they use on their site is one that is used by a number of companies (some with some very dubious reviews)0 -
You should have either got an e ticket the same day or an ATOL Certificate to protect your money. If you got neither, contact the CAA who run the ATOL scheme to complain. As others have said, the address in London is an accommodation address only, there are thousands of companies who supposedly work from there but in reality it is just a post box0
